I have the same problem here. Those programmed buttons, and most importantly THE SCROLL WHEEL, DOES NOT work in games.

Chrome - Works
Windows Explorer - Works
Task Manager - Nope
Minecraft - Nope
CS:GO - Nope
Dota 2 - Nope

So you call this a gaming mouse? It doesn't work in games. It's a gaming mouse. What a joke.

Things that I've tried :-
1. Switched USB port
2. Turned it off and on again
3. Closed the driver software and re-opened it

--- (Upon closing the driver software the scroll wheel works again, but not the programmable buttons, obviously) ---

That makes me think that there is a bug in the driver software, causing it to fail to send the commands to certain applications like OpenGL.
Then I checked the driver version...
v1.0

okay then.

This mouse is not cheap, I suggest that you look into this problem.
It doesn't even cost you any money, just fix the bug alright?
